Capel House

Capel house is a new build Passivhaus in Oxford. Split over three levels, the home presents a refined, pared-back street frontage, yet its rear elevation features a delightful, stepped profile that adds visual intrigue. Internally, vaulted ceilings and double height spaces give the flexible living areas an airy feel and the large windows frame picturesque views of the rear garden, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors.
The material palette is equally refined, with a dark brick base grounding the structure, while a contrasting lighter timber section above adds warmth and visual interest. This thoughtful interplay of textures and tones creates a harmonious, sophisticated aesthetic.
